Alopecia areata

Alopecia Areata– $500 grants available

Alopecia areata, also called spot balding, is a disease that causes hair loss on the head and the rest of the body. It initially presents with one or more small, round patches and affects men and women of all ages. Young people are most often affected. The hair can sometimes grow back, but can also fall out again. Alopecia areata is not a nervous disorder and affected people cannot control the disease. At the Centre, we can offer you appropriate treatments to fight this kind of hair loss, as well as many other solutions.
