Chemotherapy and radiotherapy

Chemotherapy and Radiotherapy– $500 grants available

Partial or total hair loss is the side effect most commonly associated with chemotherapy and cranial radiotherapy, and is considered by most men and women to be the most physically and emotionally devastating. In fact, many patients find that it is as difficult to deal with hair loss as it is to deal with cancer itself.

In order to make sure you get your hairpiece (or wig) on time, we recommend that you make an appointment with our team before the start of your treatment. You'll be able to choose the style and colour of your hairpiece that best reflects your usual hairstyle, and your hairpiece will be available when your hair starts to fall out. You will have peace of mind in your healing process.
